Nice family-friendly hotel, worth its 3 stars. Comfortable beds and a coffee table. Attentive and helpful staff, early check-in.

My stay at Super 8 is not good. They disable my hotel key for reasons I dont know. I asked about the reasons why but the staff can't answere.

Not much.

The blanket on the bed was all thorn up and full of stains.

The room here was spacious, had a mini fridge, and a desk with cable, plus the staff was really friendly and provided excellent service.

I like Super 8 they are cheap and pretty much the same all over the US. They are a pretty good value for the money. Better than Motel 6.

The wifi only works very close to the office. The room really didn't look like it had been cleaned for a while there was debris on the floor in the corners and the largest cockroach I have ever seen. Thankfully it was dead.

I was lock-out of my room and my room key was disabled. My room wasn't cleaned at the end of the day, because someone put the doorknob sign do not disturb. Then the receptionist didn't agree and have me wait for more than two hours until giving me a clean room to sleep. I had a very bad experience in this location. The services I received was not at my satisfaction. The receptionist who help me was reluctant and not accommodating to customers.

the pool was nice and the staff was very kind and nice. Stayed in a queen room room, it was new-fashioned with microwave, fridge, and sofa. 3. the food was great and served in the lobby.

In our room the coffee machine was't working, neither was the microwave.

The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Requests were handled quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed the king room with a spotlessly clean bathroom. Marvelous location close to everything. In general, the service was perfect.

Absolutely great hotel, had a really excellent service. Location: the property was not far from the mall and store and McAllen. Furthermore, to determine whether alternative dining options should have been considered👌

The room was clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated.

Over-all service quality was pitiful. I checked in for my reserved room, only to be notified a half-hour later that I had been given the key to the wrong room. I had to load my luggage and equipment back up and relocate to another room on the opposite end of the Inn. No apology or consideration was offered, and the clerk sent out another guest with my "new" key-card. The promised "free wi-fi" signal was so low, that I couldn't stay connected. In fact, the signal from the nearby Burger King restaurant was stronger. When I asked the young, female desk clerk about this, she told me that she "didn't know how that worked" and was left with the feeling that she really didn't care either.

The rooms here are peaceful and come equipped with convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave, as well as Wi-Fi, and the friendly staff enhance the experience, while the lobby is an ideal spot for enjoying breakfast.

I came here for 6 nights and had a very very good stay. Excellent service was provided here. They offered wake up service and ironing for free too.

The room here was spacious, well-kept, and equipped with smoke detectors for safety.
